Volume 20
The Fall 1997 issue features the Benson Institute project in Bolivia: solar cookers, walipini greenhouses, and small-scale farming on the Altiplano. This issue also reports on the research of improving nutrition in the Viacha region of Bolivia.


Volume 24
The Fall 2001 issue discusses poultry farming and cereal production in Morocco and nutrition education in Ghana and Bolivia.


Volume 25
The Spring 2002 issue relates the quinoa research, improvements in guinea pig production, and progress of the Cuambo, Ecuador water project.


Volume 26
The Spring 2003 issue looks at a Bolivian student’s investigation of angora rabbits and at research to improve baby food and soymilk. The work of two BYU interns on soil in Guatemala is also highlighted.
