be able to know: What is an Association of Farmer Friends
(A.F.F.) What is to be accomplished by organizing themselves
into and Association of Farmer Friends. Why organizing an
Association is an effective way to adopt new technology.

At the conclusion of this lesson, small-scale farmers will
be able to know: How to select association leadership. How
to organize committees. How to train leaders in their respective
responsibilities within the association. How to use the Agriculture
Record Book.

At the conclusion of this unit, program participants will
be able to know: What are their responsibilities as a member
of the AFF. How to accomplish his/her responsibilities. Why
he/she should be responsible for his/her assignment.

will be able to: Understand basic operating principles of
association management. Prepare a calendar of agriculture
and other activities. Manage financial affairs and other credit
related topics.
